At Glemera by Vamika Naturals, we are committed to delivering premium-quality skincare products with the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we follow a strict quality-controlled return policy.

 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or leaked 

  • Incorrect product delivered 

  • Package received in a tampered condition 

 

Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery 

  • Requests beyond this period may not be accepted 

 

How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID 

  • Clear unboxing video or images 

  • Description of the issue

Verification Process

  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours 

  • Once approved: 

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged, OR 

  • You may be requested to ship the product 

 

Refund / Replacement

  • Replacement will be provided wherever possible 

  • If replacement is unavailable → Full refund will be issued 

Refund Timeline:
5–7 working days after approval

 

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been opened or used 

  • Concerns related to: 

    • Personal skin suitability 

    • Fragrance or texture preference 

    • Change of mind 

 

Shipping Charges

  • For damaged/incorrect products → Free return pickup 

  • For other cases → Shipping charges may apply 

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch 

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Due to the premium and hygienic nature of our skincare formulations, we maintain a strict no-return policy unless the product is damaged or defective.
